Born in Kanpur, raised across a melange of cities, Vikrant Gulani is a true Indian at heart. After graduating in 2001 from India's premier Hotel Management Institute, The IHM, Vikrant joined the Armed forces for a period of 5 years rising steadily. Post the Short Service Commission, he joined the premier XLRI in Jamshedpur for an immersion in the corporate culture. Vikrant worked with a leading Conference organizing firm before the bug of entrepreneurship bit him. Thanks to his exposure to a multitude of roles with the Forces & Private sector, Vikrant has an indomitable spirit and courageous nature. He can take quick and rational decisions and action those on any scale provided. Vikrant loves to keep himself fit and enjoys the company of a good read, a good friend or a good wheel. When he is not busy organizing events, Vikrant resides in the NOIDA area with his amazing wife Sumeet, his parents and their little dachshund Buddy.

From the amoric city of Lakhisarai, independent, bold and fearless person Shaily spent her younger years in hostel at the City of Temples, Varanasi! She dreamt of planning others diet as Dietician and completed her graduation in Home Science from Delhi University. From diet planner to meeting planner after doing her Post Graduation from one of the premier college; 'Venky' Delhi she started her proffessional career with a Singapore based multinational GTMC and the journey started. She has over six years of experience with various MICE & PCOs and specialising in outbounds. She lives in Salt Lake with her husband Niranjan and her budding year old Aarush!

Commerce graduate from Mumbai University , Vijay is a pure Marathi by heart. Born and bought up in Maharashtra , he has over fourteen years of wide experience into logistics of International travel trade. Documentation and country specific visa is his forte and he maintains a healthy relationship with all major consulates at Mumbai. Vijay has independently handled teams of over 25 skilled travel and outbound MICE executives handling companies into white goods, Pharma, telecom, cement , infra MICE projects. He resides with his family at Mira road, Mumbai and is fond of spending time with his family during free time after work. Vijay is also inclined towards meeting new people and loves to travel and intends to see the world!

Graduated in Commerce from Pune Universtiy, switched over to his creative side into design and Web. Driven by a passion for the outdoors, adventure travel, exploring the natural world, new places, food, lifestyle, his enthusiasm and experience is the reason for his big switch to creative travel team in MICE operations.

He believes in good planning, smart work, transparency and communication, in turn delivering the best possible service for our clients as per the creative requirements . Responsible for national and international MICE projects creative work ranging from banners, website, mailers, print designs, registration UI and mobile apps, Vikas also reached out to the client for one to one meeting and understanding the exact requirements.

He has travelled along, in MICE projects with ops team to various international and domestic locations, thus keeping him updated on the environments and on ground deliverables. In his free time, he likes to research more on the best online skills available and trains, equips himself up with technology, also fond of gossip over a cup of coffee!

Born and brought up in best values of a joint family in Calcutta and pampered among them all, Sneha completed her education from the Christian school and college. She worked hard and had set goals of herself in the service industry and still works hard to achieve and reach the epitome of her career. As dreamer of being an Air Hostess, she started her stint as a education councellor and then moved to VFS and later as incentive planner with top PCOs and MICE companies. Soft spoken Sneha in her lesiure time likes to spend quality time with her family and is fond of ‘Rabindra Sangeet’.

A pure Kolkataite, Subir likes to play and work with numbers. He has completed his bachelor’s in commerce in from Calcutta University with a professional course of diploma in financial accounting system. He has worked in difference sectors of business from production, manufacturing to hospitality especially in accounting and taxation.
He spends his spare time with his family as much as he can. His hobbies include watching action movies listening songs. Fond of travelling too, moves out with friends and family on a small getaway break whenever time permits!

Born and brought up in Kolkata and from a reputed family of freedom fighter, Subhojyoti is the newest entrant in our team. Schooling from a reputed English memorial school and graduated in Tourism Studies, he has worked in various capacities in number of organisations. His love for travel to various places inland as well as abroad has drawn him in this field. His hobby is collection of coins (numismatics). Subho spends his leisure time listening music of Hindi retro in general, those of great maestro in particular and also Rabindra Sangeet. He stays with his loving parents, grandmother and their favorite pet, a parakeet who is their one of the family members.

Sovan hails from a traditional Bengali joint family . Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA) , Sovan started his career as a software developer with reputed IT firms and gradually shifted to his passion of managing Events. He likes to organize and manage weddings, events, conferences and especially all production related efforts managed overnight are his ! Energetic and hungry for growth, Sovan is active and believes in ‘Change’ which is constant in his life. He likes keeping fit by playing cricket and swimming whenever he gets time. Being a trained Dancer, is also fond of dancing and plays 'Tabla' as a hobby.

Born and brought up in Kolkata, studied in a renowned missionary school, completed graduation in Travel and Tourism Management from Calcutta University.
