Long before online registration opens, we will have block-booked rooms at suitable hotels near your venue, negotiating the best prices for a range of accommodation so when your delegate does book a room during online registration, he or she is greeted with a wide choice of accommodation from budget to five star hotels, guest houses, clubs, hostel and in house rooms at institutes.
iCON Planners' team constantly monitors and update these block bookings and will provide an accommodation desk on-site at your conference, where our team can assist delegates face-to-face.
Our role here is to ensure all attendees are in the right place at the right time, so they get the full conference experience. And alongside these basic logistics, we also aim to offer travel in comfort at the best rates possible.
Our team engages the accompanying persons; in pre post Confernce tours, city tours, one day - two day off beat in around tourist destinations. This will include transfers, boarding lodging and basic sightseeing.
