Conference Management

iCON team incorporates conference management and works on ; Secretarial Management, Delegate Management, Sponsorship Management, Information Technology, Financial Management , Accommodation and Travel Management.

At iCON, we understand every event has its own needs and objectives, that is why they are all run as stand alone units. We do recognize that the committee members are mostly volunteers and have their demanding positions and responsibilities of their own. Working with iCON will diminish the 'day to day' tasks and provide peace of mind that all deadlines are met.

A comprehensive Conference Plan will be presented to the Conference Organising Committee outlining the budget, planning schedule, marketing plan and sponsorship strategy.

iCON Planners will appoint a dedicated Conference Manager who will participate in all relevant meetings, liaise with stakeholders, provide expert advice and negotiate all your venue and conference requirements and responsible for the maintenance of the event action list and timeline. All these components are invaluable for tracking the progress and success of your event.
